3 Redefine Success in the Music Industry

As an organization that handles artist management, music venue operations, and event production, we will redefine what it means to be successful in the music industry. With a greater emphasis on sustainability, we will serve as a replicable model in the industry and prove that sustainability is profitable.

4 Support Sustainable Livelihoods

Support sustainable livelihoods by equipping fellow team members and associates with the means to continuously learn, develop, and partake in creating solutions that will benefit our process, people, and planet. Aim to create higher quality jobs and improve the quality of life in our communities.

5 Conscious Consumption

Understand that the music industry has historically supported the “culture of convenience” and the wasteful, misuse of resources, but that these systems can be restructured. Guided by our Ethical Purchasing Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct, we aim to be a model for conscious consumption in this influential industry, from using reclaimed construction materials to serving only non-GMO food products.

What are B Corporations?

Certified B Corporations are companies that have voluntarily committed to higher standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency and have measured and validated their impact through the certification process administered by the non-profit, B Lab.

The B Impact Assessment is a free, comprehensive, and transparent tool for measuring the overall social and environmental performance of a company and is the first step to becoming a Certified B Corporation. The assessment is tailored to the company’s sector, size, and location and assesses their positive impact on the worker environment, community, and natural world. Out of 200 points available, a score of 80 or above is necessary to qualify for certification.

There are 1000+ Certified B Corps worldwide, including Patagonia, Etsy, Ben & Jerry’s and New Belgium Brewery.
